Logline: A widowed photographer embarks on a scavenger hunt for the last message of his wife after discovering a forgotten film canister.

Genre: Psychological Drama / Dark Romantic Comedy

Tone: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind meets The Lovely Bones meets Manchester by the Sea.

    Time Period: Modern Day (2020s)
Eli's world is stuck in the past while technology rushes forward. In an era of digital photography, his devotion to film photography symbolizes his unwillingness to move on—both emotionally and artistically.

Location: A small, coastal town on the East Coast. The town is quiet, intimate, and filled with locations that hold echoes of Naomi’s presence. (Think Cape May, NJ)

    Key locations include:

    • Eli’s darkroom studio – A cluttered, red-lit sanctuary filled with rolls of undeveloped film and pinned-up polaroids of Naomi.
